PEER supports current and former public employees who seek a higher standard of environmental ethics and scientific integrity within their agencies, by defending whistleblowers, shining the light on improper or illegal government actions, and working to improve laws and regulations.
EPN is collection of more than 600 EPA alumni that provide the unique perspective of former regulators with decades of historical knowledge and subject matter expertise. It focuses on building and defending the capacity of environmental agencies and the communities they serve. It works to ensure that EPA advances policies, budgets, and institutional changes to address environmental injustices and climate and other pressing public health needs. EPN also educates Congress and serves as a critical resource for facts, objective analysis, and scientific rigor for reporters and other strategic partners.

The State Energy & Environmental Impact Center is a nonpartisan academic center at New York University (NYU) School of Law.
